And I know what it feels like to be stuck.

When I started my career, I was working in high-pressure environments with luxury brands like Tiffany & Co., Nike, and La Mer. I worked late nights, answered calls at all hours, and poured everything I had into my job—until there was nothing left of me.

I was stressed, anxious, exhausted, and disconnected from myself.

I tried the obvious go to’s –weekly talk therapy and loads of self help books —the new ideas and perspectives were interesting, but I wasn’t feeling better. Until I discovered the missing piece: healing my nervous system.

Through breathwork, energy healing, and rapid resolution therapy (rrt) , things began to shift. The stress and anxiety transformed, leaving presence and more space for joy and ease.

It was real, deep, and lasting.

Now, I help others break free from the stress cycles, emotional blocks, and exhaustion they’ve been carrying for way too long—without making them relive the pain of the past.

for so long, i thought that what i was doing right now was to get to a place later.

later was where i could relax.

later was where i could be at ease.

later was where i could be free.

thats not how I live anymore. now I live for right now.

and I'd like to see you living now, too.
